Therapy with Sam Lewis – Support for Trauma, Neurodiversity and Life’s Difficult Moments

There is hope and healing after traumatic experiences. As a Trauma Informed therapist I can guide you to safely process your experiences and move forward.

Through my lived experience I am able to support you in understanding yourself and navigating life in a neurotypical world.

The impacts of abuse can feel consuming, but I will support you to process and heal from what has happened.

I can help you understand what fuels your anxiety, how to manage it and build long term anxeity coping strategies.

Through understanding negative thoughts and behaviours together we can restore optimism and your engagement in life.
If life feels overwhelming or you’re unsure where to turn, you’re not alone. I’m Sam Lewis, a qualified counsellor offering therapy for adults in Milton Keynes and online. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your experiences and work through whatever is weighing on you.
I specialise in trauma and neurodiversity, including childhood trauma, PTSD, ADHD and autism (particularly late diagnosis). But I also support clients with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges – from anxiety, depression and grief to low confidence, anger, relationship issues and difficult life transitions.
Whether you need to process past experiences, understand yourself better, or simply have someone to really listen, my approach is warm, grounded and adaptable. Every person’s story is unique, so we work together in a way that suits you — whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper personal insight or steady emotional support.
You deserve to feel heard, understood and supported. I’m here to help you move forward at your own pace, in a safe and non-judgemental space.
I offer evening sessions starting after 5pm, both online on Zoom and face to face in central Milton Keynes (MK9).
