Counselling is all about building trust and confidence in your therapist and yourself.
I’m a Level 5 qualified Counsellor and Level 3 Hypnotherapist, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I work with trauma (including PTSD, childhood trauma and inner child work), neurodiversity (ADHD and autism), and experiences of abuse – but I also regularly help clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger, low self-esteem and confidence.
My path into counselling came after many years working in a corporate environment. Life events made me re-evaluate what truly mattered, and I retrained to help people feel more in control of their lives and less burdened by the past. Being part of someone’s healing and growth – whether that involves processing trauma, navigating neurodiversity or simply finding steadier emotional ground – is something I deeply value.
My approach is warm, flexible and person-centred. There is no “one size fits all” in therapy, so I adapt how we work to suit you – whether you need space to talk, practical strategies, or a deeper exploration of what’s going on underneath.
I offer in-person sessions from a welcoming therapy room in Central Milton Keynes, as well as online sessions via Zoom for flexibility. I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), hold full professional insurance and have an Enhanced DBS.
My aim is to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, understand yourself more fully and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
